Pyramid Lake, NV. Special Report, April 5, 2015
Easter Sunday at Pyramid Lake was cold, windy, and a few rain drops. Not very many anglers seen around the Net’s, and on down the south beaches. The goal for my 2015 fishing trip was to break my personal best biggest fish ever at Pyramid Lake. Well anglers, “Mission Accomplished.” I landed a 36 inch male Pilot Peak Lahontan Cutthroat that hit the Boga Grip at 18 pounds and 6 ounces. This epic battle will be in my memory forever as this behemoth monster took me out on my backing six times until I was finally able to land this amazingly huge fish. Previous to this huge fish I managed to catch another on April 3, 2015. I landed a 16 pound 35 inch male. Contact me now to book you guide trip for the upcoming Crowley Lake trout season. I primed and ready! Hail to Pyramid Lake! Check out pics of the Bigg cutts. Trucha Fly Fishing Fever…Come catch it!!... TFFGS, Always Keepin Reel!
